A lip flip involves injecting a tiny amount of Botox into the orbicularis oris muscle along the border of the upper lip. This relaxes the muscle so that the lip gently rolls outward, creating the appearance of added fullness without adding volume. The appointment takes about 10 minutes, and results appear after about one week and last 2–4 months.
