What is Letybo and how does it work?

LETYBO® is an FDA-approved neuromodulator that uses purified botulinum toxin type A to temporarily reduce muscle movement in targeted areas of the face. By limiting repetitive muscle contractions, LETYBO® helps soften dynamic wrinkles like:

  • Frown lines (“11s”) between the brows
  • Forehead lines

When will I see results?

Is Letybo safe?

LETYBO® was FDA approved in 2024 for the temporary improvement of moderate to severe glabellar lines (frown lines between the brows) in adults. Clinical studies involving more than 1,200 patients demonstrated an established safety profile when administered by trained medical professionals.

As with all neuromodulators, side effects can occur and may include temporary redness, swelling, bruising, headache, or eyelid heaviness. Your provider will review your medical history and discuss whether LETYBO® is right for you.

Are there side effects?

Minor bruising or redness can occur but usually resolve quickly; serious side effects are rare when treatment is performed properly.
